  This place is awesome! I used to go all the time when I was at college of marin and loved everything I ordered. Also want to say that the owner is awesome. He noticed my STI and I took a notice to his EVO and we ended up talking cars and we test drive each others car to get a feel for our cars true competitor. Great atmosphere for families I highly recommend. Make sure to get the orange M&G sauce!!

  Came in...ordered. Pulled card out..."we only take cash". No signage to warn you or inform you of "cash only". He pointed to an ATM machine that gives these con artists $3.25 for you to withdraw. Pulled a 20.00 out and paid the man. Ordered a Patty Melt and small soda. Puny sandwich wrapped in paper and thrown on a tray. Soda was flat. When I told him he said "You're the first to complain ". I told him to try it himself. "I don't drink soda". He offered me another flavor...I informed him its not a flavor issue but the carbonation tank...to which he responded; "It's a new tank (lie)!"
  
  They're the only burger place on this college road...they need another burger place to force them to shape up or ship out. Little portions and little character in the people running this scam. In this age of technology and cheap card service providers like Square...theres only one reason to go only cash...leave the IRS in the dark.
  
  After the ATM fee and tax (probably pocketing)I paid almost 15.00 for a puny Patty melt and small flat soda. Will NEVER RETURN and I don't think they give a rip...

  Place is a joke and a SCAM. Don't take cards but no sign saying so. This policy has and will continue to cause them to lose business especially because many do not carry cash nowadays.ATM right next to cash register (how convenient). The fee is now $3.50 so tack that on to the bill. I don't do burgers but my son was unimpressed. He could care less about the ATM fee but he does know a good burger when he tastes one and this one was substandard. With small fries and soda plus fee came to over $16. Needless to say we won't be back.

  I can't believe this place.. Customer service is like walking into a morgue  no hello, Just blank stares from the cashiers and from the kitchen. *Awkward*
  Then theres the food.. Oh the food doesnt match up to the fairfax location! So dont come here for the convenience because it will be a total inconvenience first bite!
  
  I got the garden burger.. Its was cold in the middle and slimmy.. Never ever had this problem at Fairfax location.. I completely adore the fairfax location! But this place wont last very long its Just a piss poor wannabe, inconsistency will be the death of this place.
  Hence the Morgue reference..
  
  Go to Fairfax location or Just go to in and out and save your money.. Its too expensive anyways

  Customer Service here is like at the DMV.
  No "hello, welcome", No " thank you, have a nice day".
  
  The burgers at this location are far less low quality than the other location. Basically, there is a huge difference and consistency.
